There is nothing I enjoy more then creating culinary experiences and this is exactly what my life and work is about. I am a "Culinary Addict".
I was born and raised in the hills of Florence. I live to cook, drink macchiato, eat fresh artichokes in spring, taste new olive oil in the autumn, savor exceptional wines with friends and learn everything there is to know about gastronomy.
I now live in Sydney and give Italian cooking classes using the experience of cooking as a means to communicate through food for both adults and children. If I am not teaching a class or cooking for a wedding in Sydney I am acting as your tour operator on my great food tours in Florence and Tuscany.
